And the celebration isn’t over yet. The BIG Deal contest is back for 2025, this time with an exciting twist. Consumers will once again have the chance to spotlight their favorite local businesses on social media, showcasing the power of word-of-mouth referrals. But now, the stakes are even higher: the local business receiving the most social media “shout-outs” each month will win a complimentary lunch, delivered personally by Partnership Grand Strand!
When local businesses build meaningful connections with their customers and community, those relationships take root and flourish. That’s why this initiative is dedicated to helping businesses across the Grand Strand grow and thrive.
Here’s how it works:
- Businesses: Spread the word—you’re a BIG Deal! Don’t hold back—let your customers know.
- Businesses: Encourage your customers to snap photos at your business and share them on social media using the hashtag #BigDealContest.
- Businesses: Claim your BIG Deal status by requesting a special window decal and a social media kit to showcase your participation.
- Businesses: Encourage customers to snap a photo at your location or with your product/service and post it on social media with the hashtag #bigdealcontest.
- Businesses: Rack up the most “shout-outs” in a given month, and you’ll win a celebratory lunch—delivered right to your door!
- Consumers: Share your favorite local spots on social media with the hashtag #BigDealContest.
- Consumers: Tell the world why these businesses matter to you. Your words can make a big difference in helping them grow!
But that’s not all. Each monthly winner will also earn an invitation to be featured on the “Thrivin’ at the Beach” podcast, along with additional promotional posts across Partnership Grand Strand’s social media platforms.
